This role is designed for detail-oriented individuals with a passion for customer care within the gaming industry. You will be key in providing exceptional support and ensuring that our Norwegian-speaking customers enjoy a seamless gaming experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver back office support for inquiries from Norwegian-speaking customers, managing communications through various channels. Collaborate with different departments to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Accurately document customer interactions, internal processes, and any discrepancies that arise. Identify and propose enhancements to processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Keep abreast of gaming industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed and knowledgeable support. Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the gaming field. Fluency in Norwegian (both oral and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles, preferably in the gaming sector. Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications. Willingness to work in Sofia and embrace the local culture.
