Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Athens, Greece, supporting a leading food delivery service. This role includes paid relocation, providing a valuable opportunity to work abroad while utilizing your Norwegian language skills in a thriving industry. As a Customer Agent, you will engage with Norwegian-speaking customers, addressing their questions and resolving issues to ensure excellent service delivery throughout the ordering and delivery process. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian promptly and professionally Resolve complaints and issues related to food delivery orders Provide customers with accurate information about menus, delivery status, and promotions Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer cases Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience Participate actively in training sessions to stay informed of policies and product updates Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
