Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer support in Norwegian through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high standard of service. Document interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system for effective follow-up. Collect customer feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
