Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an opening for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Experience Agent, providing the opportunity to work remotely from Greece! We are seeking passionate individuals who are dedicated to delivering excellent customer support to our Norwegian-speaking clientele. In this role, you will help create positive customer experiences and contribute to our mission of outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service in Norwegian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Effectively handle customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Collect customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements and improvements. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices, enhancing the customer experience across all touchpoints. Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends to assist customers effectively and knowledgeably. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is beneficial. Proactive approach to problem-solving and assisting customers. Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing positively to the team dynamics.
