Native or fluent Norwegian language proficiency — both spoken and written — is essential for this role. Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for all applicants). A solid command of English for internal communication and training purposes. Previous experience in customer support services, a call centre environment, or a client-facing role is advantageous, though not strictly required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
