Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated on company products and services to offer knowledgeable assistance. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to enhance customer experience. Participate in ongoing training to improve customer service skills and product knowledge. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service roles, preferably in a related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office tools. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation costs covered.
