Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the automotive industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cars and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries regarding automotive products and services, ensuring they receive prompt and accurate information in Norwegian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries about automotive services, vehicle features, and maintenance via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Provide expert guidance on product specifications, purchasing options, and financing plans. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their vehicles and coordinate with technical teams for resolution. Document all customer interactions clearly and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborate with sales and service teams to improve customer experiences and product knowledge. Stay updated on automotive trends and new product releases to effectively assist customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer concerns professionally. Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and general office applications. Ability to work well in a team and independently, displaying a customer-first mentality. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
