Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the aviation industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about aviation and customer service. As a representative, you will assist passengers with their inquiries regarding flight bookings, travel information, and airline services, all while providing exceptional service in Norwegian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and travel itineraries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Provide accurate information on airline services, baggage policies, and fare options. Assist customers with changes to their reservations and address any service-related issues. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and effective manner to ensure satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth passenger experience and resolve issues promptly. Stay informed on aviation industry trends and updates to better assist customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation industry. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations gracefully. Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries effectively in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM software and general computer proficiency.
