Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an opportunity for Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Banking industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about finance and customer service. As a representative, you will assist clients in managing their banking needs, providing them with vital information and support in Norwegian. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Assist customers with account opening, loans, and various banking transactions. Provide information on account status, transactions, and interest rates, ensuring transparency to clients. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Accurately document all interactions and account information in our CRM system. Collaborate with banking departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Stay informed about banking regulations and product offerings to provide accurate guidance to customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM systems and banking software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
