As a representative, you will assist clients and stakeholders with their inquiries related to biotechnology products and services, ensuring clear and efficient communication in Norwegian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to biotechnology products and services via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Provide information about product usage, benefits, and compliance with relevant regulations. Assist in troubleshooting product-related issues and liaise with technical teams for resolution. Document all customer interactions appropriately and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate customer information. Stay updated on industry developments and company offerings to enhance customer service. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Proficient in the use of customer service software and CRM tools.
