Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to announce an opening for Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the construction industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and support to clients in the construction sector. You will be the key contact for customers, helping them navigate their inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience while utilizing our services. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to construction projects, materials, and services via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Provide detailed information regarding project timelines, pricing, and service options. Assist clients with issues that arise during the course of their projects and facilitate effective solutions. Document and maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to provide up-to-date information to customers. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to assist customers accurately. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, specifically within the construction industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills along with a customer-centric approach. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries effectively. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
