As a representative, you will engage with customers in Norwegian, assisting them with their online shopping experience and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to e-commerce products, order status, returns, and general support via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Provide information on product features, pricing, promotions, and delivery options. Assist customers with order placement, tracking shipments, and resolving issues efficiently. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to enhance service quality. Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about ongoing promotions, new products, and e-commerce trends to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred. Experience in customer service, ideally in the e-commerce or retail sectors. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. Ability to troubleshoot problems and handle customer inquiries effectively. Proficiency in using customer service software and basic computer applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
