Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representatives at an innovative E-commerce Company based in Greece. This role is ideal for customer-oriented individuals who are enthusiastic about e-commerce and eager to assist customers with their shopping experience. You will connect with customers in Norwegian, providing them with excellent support and guidance as they navigate our online platform. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, product information, and shipping details via phone, email, and live chat in Norwegian. Assist customers with account management, including creating accounts, tracking orders, and processing returns. Provide solutions to customer issues, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system. Collaborate with logistics and product teams to resolve customer concerns effectively. Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks. Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
