This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and technology, and who excel in providing outstanding customer support. You will assist students and clients in navigating educational platforms and resources, ensuring they have a positive experience in Norwegian. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to educational programs, e-learning tools, and course registrations via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Provide guidance on course offerings, learning resources, and platform functionalities. Assist customers with account management, including registration issues, course changes, and troubleshooting. Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with course instructors and technical teams to enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on new courses, educational tools, and industry trends to offer the best support to customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people succeed in their educational pursuits. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to customers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently. Familiarity with customer service software and e-learning platforms is desirable.
