Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Energy sector, specifically focusing on Oil & Gas. If you are passionate about energy services and dedicated to providing outstanding customer support, this role is an excellent fit. You will assist customers in navigating their inquiries and understanding complex oil and gas services while communicating effectively in Norwegian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to energy services, pricing, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in Norwegian. Provide timely and accurate information about products, services, and industry regulations. Assist customers with account management, service changes, and billing inquiries. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Document customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records for future reference. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance service delivery. Stay informed about industry developments and service offerings to better assist customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably within the energy or oil and gas industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage complex inquiries. Aptitude for multitasking and maintaining effectiveness in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
