As a member of our dynamic team, you will assist customers with their financial inquiries while delivering exceptional service in Norwegian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Provide accurate information on banking services, investment options, and financial regulations. Assist customers with account setup, transactions, and resolving issues related to their accounts. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Record and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and streamline processes. Stay informed about financial products and industry trends to provide relevant advice to customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the finance or banking sector. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. Aptitude for managing multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is desirable.
