Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, appointments, and benefits via phone, email, and live chat in Norwegian. Assist clients with understanding healthcare options and navigating the services available to them. Provide information on medical procedures, insurance coverage, and billing inquiries. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain detailed records. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure customer needs are met promptly. Stay informed about healthcare policies, treatments, and company services to effectively assist clients. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner. Compassionate problem-solving skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
