If you have a genuine passion for travel and customer service, this role is tailored for you. You will assist customers with inquiries about travel accommodations, bookings, and tourism services, delivering exceptional service in Norwegian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding hotel reservations, travel arrangements, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Norwegian. Provide detailed information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines. Assist customers with making reservations, modifying bookings, and handling special requests. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solutions-oriented approach. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
