Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and passionate about providing excellent customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their IT-related inquiries and ensure they have a smooth experience while communicating in Norwegian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to IT products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Guide customers through technical troubleshooting, ensuring clear communication of solutions. Provide information on new technologies, software updates, and product features. Assist customers with account issues, service inquiries, and order processing. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly in the IT sector, is preferred. Strong technical aptitude with a passion for technology and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications.
