Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in customer service and a keen interest in helping clients navigate their insurance options. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries in Norwegian, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Norwegian. Provide detailed explanations of insurance products, coverage options, and terms and conditions. Assist customers with the claims process, including documentation and follow-up. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and record-keeping. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to explain complex insurance information in an easy-to-understand manner. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM systems and general office software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
