This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for entertainment and media services, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer support. In this position, you will assist clients with their inquiries and help enhance their experience in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries related to media services, subscriptions, and entertainment options via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Assist customers with account management, including subscription adjustments and troubleshooting service issues. Share information about new releases, features, and promotional offers aimed at enhancing customer engagement. Efficiently resolve customer complaints and strive to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for future reference and follow-up. Coordinate with internal teams to improve service delivery and product offerings based on customer feedback. Stay current on industry trends and company products to provide informed assistance to customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus. Experience in customer service, especially within the media or entertainment sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge of digital media services. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
