This role is perfect for dedicated individuals who are passionate about healthcare and keen to support customers in navigating pharmaceutical products and services. You will use your Norwegian language skills to assist patients, healthcare providers, and clients in understanding and accessing pharmaceutical solutions. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products and healthcare services via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Provide detailed information about product availability, usage, and regulatory compliance. Assist customers in processing orders and managing accounts, along with resolving any service-related issues. Document all customer interactions accurately and ensure proper follow-up for satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and medical support, to enhance customer experience. Stay updated on industry regulations and product information to provide current and relevant assistance. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector. Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on empathy and customer care. Ability to explain complex medical information in a simple and understandable manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general office software. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
