If you have a passion for customer service and a keen interest in real estate, this position is designed for you. As a representative, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their inquiries and providing guidance on real estate transactions and services, all while communicating effectively in Norwegian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to real estate services, listings, and transactions via phone, email, and live chat in Norwegian. Provide detailed information on available properties, market trends, and pricing. Assist customers with the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with real estate agents and other teams to provide comprehensive support to clients. Stay informed about industry trends and property developments to offer relevant insights to customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer empathy. Ability to solve problems and address customer needs effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
