If you are passionate about sustainability and dedicated to providing excellent customer support, this role is perfect for you. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in understanding renewable energy solutions while delivering exceptional service in Norwegian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Educate customers on energy efficiency programs, benefits of renewable energy, and available options. Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and helpful information. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner. Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
