As a representative, you will assist clients in Norwegian, ensuring that their shopping experiences are pleasant and hassle-free. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, services, and promotions through phone, email, and live chat in Norwegian. Assist customers with product selection, account management, and order processing. Provide information on shipping options, returns, and exchanges while resolving customer issues. Document customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records. Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience. Stay informed about product knowledge, retail trends, and company policies to provide accurate information. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints effectively. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
