This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about social media and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to users navigating our platforms. As a part of our team, you will assist customers in addressing their inquiries, enhancing their social media experience, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to social media platform features, account management, and community guidelines via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Provide assistance with account setup, content management, and privacy settings. Resolve customer issues related to platform usage and troubleshooting technical problems. Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality and user experience. Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to provide relevant support. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the social media or tech industry. Excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with users online. Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle sensitive situations diplomatically. Proficiency in using social media platforms and understanding of their functionalities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
