This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing outstanding customer support. In this position, you will engage with clients in Norwegian, assisting them with their telecommunications inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch service. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and troubleshooting, via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service modifications. Provide accurate information regarding product features, promotions, and service coverage. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction. Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for follow-up and reporting. Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and customer experience. Stay informed about new products, services, and industry developments to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach. Proficiency in problem-solving and ability to work well under pressure. Capable of multitasking and prioritizing customer needs effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications.
