In this role, you will be the voice of the company, offering professional technical assistance to customers. Requirements

• Fluent in Norwegian with strong English skills (minimum B2 level)
• Prior customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory
• Basic computer proficiency and multitasking capabilities
• A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and solve problems effectively
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
