Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Norwegian Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Bulgaria. This important role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the safety and trustworthiness of our digital platforms, ensuring a positive user experience. Join us to be part of a proactive team dedicated to online safety. Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content and platform activity to detect and address safety concerns and policy violations. Investigate reports thoroughly, analyzing data to identify risks and determine appropriate responses. Collaborate with technical, security, and policy teams to develop and implement effective digital safety measures. Prepare comprehensive reports on findings and safety trends for internal stakeholders. Stay current with emerging threats and developments in digital trust and safety to anticipate and mitigate risks. Engage with users and stakeholders to foster awareness and understanding of digital safety practices. Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in digital safety, online content moderation, or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data and assess risk. Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and team members. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with digital content management and online safety tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in Bulgaria.
