Maintain accurate and comprehensive case documentation, tracking decisions and outcomes in internal content management systems to ensure consistency and accountability. Stay up to date with the latest developments in social media trends, emerging digital threats, cybersecurity risks, and evolving online safety regulations relevant to the Norwegian-speaking market. Provide culturally informed, context-sensitive analysis of Norwegian-language content, applying a deep understanding of Norwegian cultural nuances, regional expressions, and online community behaviour. Participate in ongoing training sessions, quality calibration exercises, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to ensure the highest standards of trust and safety performance are consistently maintained. Native or fluent Norwegian language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role, as you will be reviewing and analysing Norwegian-language content on a daily basis. A valid EU passport is mandatory for employment eligibility and relocation processing purposes. A genuine interest in digital safety, online content moderation, social media governance, or a related field within the technology or media industry. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound, well-reasoned judgements under pressure and within defined timeframes.
