This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and possess a talent for providing outstanding service to a diverse clientele. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients and guests in various hospitality environments. Handle inquiries, reservations, and service requests through phone, email, and face-to-face communication. Guide clients in understanding the hospitality services and amenities available to them. Effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints or issues to ensure a satisfying guest experience. Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to elevate the overall guest experience. Stay informed about current trends in the hospitality sector to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients. Document client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement and quality assurance. Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of hospitality services with the ability to effectively communicate this to clients. Competent in using CRM systems and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
