As a Norwegian-Speaking Interviewer, you will conduct structured telephone interviews using a provided script. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

✅ Fluency in Norwegian – Strong verbal communication skills required.
✅ Basic English proficiency – Needed for internal team communication.
✅ Interviewing experience (preferred) – Experience with phone calls is an advantage.
✅ Attention to detail – Ability to accurately record responses.
✅ Availability – ASAP
✅ Technical setup – Stable internet connection, computer, and headset.
