Responsibilities Serve as a trusted consultant for Norwegian-speaking clients, identifying their IT requirements and proposing effective solutions. Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and develop tailored IT strategies to meet their objectives. Lead demonstrations and training sessions to empower clients to fully leverage the implemented IT solutions. Work in partnership with technical teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of technology services. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Stay informed on the latest IT advancements to provide clients with innovative recommendations. Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving any IT-related issues efficiently. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal. Proven expertise in IT consulting, client support, or a customer-centric role in IT solutions. Solid understanding of IT systems, software, and contemporary tech trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service. Highly organized with excellent time management abilities, particularly in a remote work environment. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office products. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
