In this dynamic role, you will support Norwegian-speaking clients with their mobile device questions and technical issues to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Provide high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile device-related inquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve various technical problems related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device functionality. Assist customers in enhancing their mobile device usage and offer customized solutions tailored to their needs. Document all support interactions and solutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to the improvement of support processes. Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and resolution of issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile technology to provide informed support. Proficiency in Norwegian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in mobile support or technical support is advantageous. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, especially with mobile devices. Outstanding customer service abilities and effective communication skills with a diverse clientele. Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote working environment. A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning in the mobile industry.
