This position is tailored for dynamic individuals who excel in providing top-tier customer support and can communicate fluently in multiple languages. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Norwegian and other languages across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with a range of inquiries, product information, and technical issues in a timely manner. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on finding effective solutions. Document interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure clear communication and follow-up. Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain a consistent and quality customer experience. Engage in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of products and improve service delivery. Suggest improvements to processes that will enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Fluency in Norwegian and at least one additional language (English, Swedish, Danish, etc.), both written and spoken. Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive customer service mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to providing outstanding customer care.
