This role focuses on providing excellent support to our Norwegian-speaking users, helping them navigate our platform effectively. If you’re dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service and have a knack for problem-solving, we want you on our team! Responsibilities Assist Norwegian-speaking users through various support channels including email, live chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to the online platform. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to user accounts and platform functionality promptly. Educate users on maximizing their interaction with the platform and navigating its features. Accurately document customer issues and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure quality service. Collaborate with different teams to report recurring issues and suggest improvements for user experience. Stay updated on new features and platform changes to provide the most accurate assistance. Ensure follow-up communication with users to verify their satisfaction with the solutions provided. Fluent in Norwegian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance, especially in an online setting. Solid understanding of online platforms and their functionalities. Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with CRM software and support tools is beneficial. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
