Responsibilities Engage with Norwegian-speaking customers through chat, email, and phone to address their online shopping inquiries. Provide comprehensive product information and personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Manage inquiries related to order statuses, returns, and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner. Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their shopping experience. Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to relay accurate information to customers. Document customer interactions properly to ensure follow-up and quality assurance. Collaborate with the team and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes. Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer service, particularly in an online shopping or e-commerce environment. A passion for e-commerce and a good understanding of online shopping habits. Able to connect with customers effectively, providing empathetic and efficient support. Familiarity with customer service software and e-commerce platforms. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to handle various customer inquiries effectively. A positive team player dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
