Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Online Store Advisor to join our team in Sofia! We offer fully paid relocation to help you transition smoothly into your new role. As an Online Store Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Norwegian-speaking clients, assisting them with their online shopping experience and ensuring satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in Norwegian through various online platforms, providing timely and effective support. Guide clients through their online shopping journey, helping them with product inquiries and facilitating orders. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and the overall customer experience. Stay updated on product knowledge and online store operations to provide informed assistance to customers. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills with a dedication to helping customers. Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Comfortable working in an online environment and using digital communication tools. Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and providing solutions for customers. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
