This role is ideal for individuals who are adept in customer service and fluent in Norwegian, focused on delivering high-quality support to our partners. Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking partners through various communication methods, including phone, email, and chat. Manage partner inquiries and resolve service-related issues in an efficient manner. Educate partners regarding product features and assist them in maximizing their use of our services. Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within our CRM system. Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and formulate effective solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure their concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to continuously enhance our support services. Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Experience in partner support, customer service, or a similar position is preferred. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of IT systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Dedication to customer satisfaction and proactive issue resolution. Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
