Coordinate and set up interviews, ensuring an enjoyable experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining communication and support throughout their recruitment journey. Collaborate with our enthusiastic team to brainstorm creative strategies for attracting top-notch talent. Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
