This position is designed for professionals eager to support Norwegian-speaking clients in seamlessly implementing software solutions tailored to their specific needs. Responsibilities Oversee the full software implementation cycle for Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration. Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to customize software solutions accordingly. Facilitate comprehensive training for clients on the software's features and best practices. Work in tandem with various departments to address and resolve any implementation hurdles promptly. Maintain precise documentation of each implementation process and client interactions within our CRM system. Collect and analyze client feedback post-implementation to drive continuous improvement in services and solutions. Stay informed on the latest software updates and trends to provide effective support to clients. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written, is a must. Relevant experience in software implementation or project management is preferred. Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of software applications. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and user support. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive attitude. Experience with CRM software and managing client data.
