In this role, you will utilize your expertise and language skills to assist clients in optimizing their use of our innovative solutions. Your passion for technology and commitment to client success will play a critical role in our mission to exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their specific business needs and objectives. Design and deliver customized solutions that effectively address client challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and guidance on product features and best practices. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and ongoing client support. Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients in maximizing their use of our products. Monitor industry trends and stay updated on emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations. Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a strong advantage. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a relevant field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering client satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients. Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn about new technologies and tools. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A proactive mindset with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
