In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients leverage our solutions to enhance their business outcomes. Your expertise in consulting and fluency in Norwegian will be key to building strong relationships and ensuring client success. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and business objectives related to our solutions. Design and present tailored solutions to address client challenges and drive impactful results. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and best practice recommendations during consultations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing client support. Conduct training sessions for clients, empowering them to fully utilize our products. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer relevant advice and support to clients. Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is also required. Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a comparable field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Technical understanding and eagerness to learn about new technologies and products. Self-driven with robust organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
