Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a talented Norwegian Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our team in Greece, with fully paid relocation for the right candidate! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and client engagement. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that help them achieve their business objectives. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients through thorough consultations to identify their challenges and goals. Design and present custom solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. Act as a trusted advisor by providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions. Lead training sessions for clients, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our products. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant recommendations. Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is preferred. Experience in solutions consulting, customer support, or a similar field is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. A good understanding of technology solutions and a willingness to learn new tools. Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
