Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technical support, billing, and account management to deliver seamless end-to-end customer solutions. Proactively communicate product updates, policy changes, and service information to Norwegian-speaking customers in a clear and engaging manner. Consistently meet and exceed individual KPIs and team targets related to customer satisfaction (CSAT), response times, and quality assurance benchmarks. Contribute positively to team culture by sharing best practices, supporting new colleagues during onboarding, and participating in ongoing training initiatives. Native or fluent Norwegian language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — this is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. A valid EU passport is mandatory for eligibility to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. A solid working knowledge of English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively within a diverse, international team environment. Prior experience in customer support services, customer care, helpdesk, or a client-facing role is highly desirable, though motivated candidates with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset are warmly encouraged to apply.
