Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Talent Support Officer to join our team in the stunning city of Cape Town! This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and are eager to work in an exciting international environment. We provide a paid relocation package to facilitate your move. Your Role: Support our recruitment efforts by sourcing and engaging Norwegian-speaking candidates from various backgrounds. Conduct initial candidate assessments to determine their qualifications and suitability for positions. Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to fully grasp job requirements and expectations. Facilitate strong candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. Utilize a variety of recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent. Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and ideas to improve talent support initiatives. Engage in ongoing professional development through training opportunities to enhance your skills. Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of English is beneficial. A friendly and engaging attitude towards assisting candidates and enhancing their recruitment experience. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail to manage recruitment processes efficiently. A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work within a team-oriented environment. Willingness to relocate to Cape Town, with a paid relocation package included. Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
