This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to make a difference for our Norwegian-speaking clients. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact, providing crucial support and assistance. Responsibilities Respond to customer queries from Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat efficiently and courteously. Troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing suitable solutions or escalating when necessary. Offer clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Document all customer interactions and resolutions diligently in the support management system. Educate customers on product features and provide helpful tips to enhance their experience. Work collaboratively with colleagues to boost service quality and improve customer satisfaction. Stay informed about company products, updates, and industry trends to provide effective support. Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively. A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
