Responsibilities Provide assistance to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding their travel inquiries and bookings through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Support clients in modifying their travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itinerary adjustments. Engage with travel suppliers, airlines, and hotels to resolve client issues and ensure a positive travel experience. Deliver accurate and timely information about travel policies, destinations, and service options. Keep comprehensive records of client interactions within the CRM for effective service improvement. Uphold a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction in all interactions. Stay updated with the latest trends in the travel industry to assist clients effectively. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service or the travel sector is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment. Knowledge of travel booking systems and CRM tools is a bonus.
