Description TITLE: Quality & Food Safety Manager DUTIES: Develop, implement, and maintain food safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices while supporting product innovation and R&D initiatives. Conduct risk assessment, process improvement, and provide technical guidance for new product development. Manage the implementation of the digitalization of the Food Safety System across all sites. Leverage digital technologies to enhance the efficiency of quality management systems and achieve robust regulatory compliance across the entire organization. HOURS: 40 per week SALARY: $99,050.00 to $105,000 per year REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Ph.D. in Food Science, Quality Management, or Biological Sciences plus two years of experience as a Quality & Food Safety Manager or Sensory Scientist in quality management, quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the food industry and FSMA regulations.
