As the interim Nourish Lead for the organisation, you will continue to lead and drive the development and deployment of a comprehensive client record management system, sharing accountability for care outcomes using the data in Nourish with Operational teams to ensure St Anne’s is recognised as a leading provider of high quality and safe care and support.
You will focus on ensuring a truly customer service approach by collaborating effectively with colleagues to embed the Nourish System and be the data controller for the system. You will offer support to operational and central teams with the functionality of the system, provide reports, analyse data and provide training to the wider workforce.

Person-centred - Work with the Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement to define, role model and implement an effective client management system. Ensure that the information in the system supports services to provide high quality care and support. Support service managers to use the data and information in the system to respond and be proactive in supporting people’s rights, choices and values.
Respectful - Responsible for specific training interventions related to the Nourish system and quality standards across the organisation.
Open - Responsible for specific training interventions related to the Nourish system and quality standards across the organisation. Where services are transitioning to the new system, work with internal and external project teams to ensure the project is managed safely and effectively transition with minimum disruption to clients and employees. Support services with compliance data and keeping on track with regulatory requirements. This includes monitoring data such as accident and incidents, safeguarding and risk.
Understanding- Responsible for developing effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders e.g. Nourish partners, central departments and operational services.
Dedicated - Responsible for ensuring the Nourish systems operates effectively and information is managed to support good outcomes for clients and services.

Relevant experience in health and social care systems, information management and data management.
Data Management Efficiently collate and supply data and information to operational colleagues to support business activities
Report Generation, Produce accurate and timely reports that contribute to the strategic analysis and decision-making processes.
Excellent people skills and ability to inspire and motivate people, work in partnership and be the lead for the Nourish system
Proven ability to organise workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proven ability to develop productive collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A ‘can do’ proactive approach with an ability to problem solve, generate new ideas/ solutions quickly and manage risks effectively
Coordinating with Quality Team to manage data streams and provide reports to teams as needed.
Experience of social care knowledge and CQC regulation.
Ability to train the Nourish system and processes to wider workforce

System Updates and Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise in internal systems, including Nourish, ensuring all data is accurately updated and managed
Technical Skills: Must be highly competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of incident and accident systems and information flows
